IT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THESE AREAS. THE ORDER MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 1PM TO GET IT THE NEXT WORKING DAY. EXAMPLE 1 AN ORDER PLACED BEFORE 1PM ON MONDAY-THURSDAY WILL USUALLY BE RECEIVED BY 6PM THE FOLLOWING DAY. EXAMPLE 2 AN ORDER PLACED AFTER 1PM ON MONDAY WILL USUALLY BE RECEIVED BY 6PM ON WEDNESDAY. AFTER 1PM ON TUE DELIVERY THUR AND SO ON. HOWEVER ORDERS PLACED AFTER 1PM ON THURSDAY WILL NOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL MONDAY. EXAMPLE 3 ORDERS PLACED AFTER 1PM FRIDAY WILL NOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY. WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS OR ANY TIME WHEN WE ARE CLOSED ARE NOT WORKING DAYS, PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO ACCOUNT WHEN ORDERING. CUSTOM CUT DIRT TRAPPER MATS AND ALL COMMERCIAL MATS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON THE NEXT DAY SERVICE, PLEASE SEE PRODUCT PAGES FOR FURTHER DELIVERY INFO. PLEASE NOTE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY DELIVERY CHARGES BE REFUNDED SHOULD OUR COURIER/ROYAL MAIL FAIL TO DELIVER ON TIME. WE WILL ONLY REFUND THE POSTAGE YOU HAVE PAID WHEN WE ARE AT FAULT OR AN ITEM RUNS OUT OF STOCK NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS NEVER GUARANTEED You can cancel your order at any time up until it is dispatched by contacting us via phone or email except for CUSTOM CUT MATS AND CUSTOM COMMERCIAL MATS. These cannot be cancelled for any reason. We use Interlink express/Royal Mail for certain orders that require a signature, if you ask for the parcel to be left without being signed for any compensation claims will be void if the parcel is lost or stolen. We cannot accept any responsibility if you ask us to put a note on your parcel to be left when you are not there. If you have not received your item with in the time scale shown above you must inform us within 7 working days from the last working day of our delivery schedule. We will then contact our courier or resend your order. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. |
